Personally I would put all the product sites as subfolders or subdomains of one site. That way you can create a home page that points to them all and people can pick from all your reviewed products.

These are single page websites so even though they have professional graphics and video they are very easy to handle.

You can edit the page however you want, and it's probably a good idea to amend the headline as well as small sections of text to make it unique for SEO and give it some individuality. You get source files for the videos too. So if you're a video whiz you could add a link to your review site on the video screen and submit it to YouTube.
